RETURNS & EXCHANGES - (effective 05/24/2021)
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return eligible items per the guidelines below. You may ship exchanges and returns via your preferred shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

To qualify for a return, eligible items as identified below must be shipped back to Women’s Wig Shop. Please follow the Guidelines below as well. There are no restocking fees on the first eligible Full Wig returned per original order. Additional eligible wigs returned per order or exchange will incur a 10% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is greater). Returned eligible items other than full wigs (i.e. hairpieces) will also incur a 10% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is greater). To return your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
Failure to write the Order Number on the outside of the shipping box and/or complete and/or enclose the form will incur an additional 10% or $10 fee (whichever is greater).
To qualify for an exchange, please follow the return process above. Once your item(s) for exchange have been received and inspected, we will email you a one-time coupon code as a store credit. This coupon code will be for the amount of the returned item. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
Simply go to womenswigshop.com, shop for your replacement item and use the coupon code at checkout.
To be eligible for exchange or return, an item must be unaltered and in pristine, original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (undamaged). Items that have been brushed or combed out, have had product applied to them, have picked up odors, or show other signs of wear are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Items under $50, items marked as "final sale", Discontinued/Close Out Items, Hats, Accessories (such as shampoo, conditioner, etc.) CANNOT be exchanged or returned. These are FINAL SALE items. If any of these items are returned, they will be donated to charity on your behalf, with no exchange or refund applied. Shipping is also non-refundable.
Items that are postmarked after the 5 business day return limit are also not eligible items. We will inform you by email if we receive an item that is post marked after the 5 business day limit. You will have the option of having it returned to you at your expense or donated to charity.
